Quality Assurance Manager

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee document control processes and ensure proper documentation of quality activities.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and propose improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Support new product development by establishing quality benchmarks and testing protocols.
