The Quality Continuous Improvement Manager role leads quality, safety, continuous improvement, and process engineering efforts across a manufacturing environment. You will partner closely with plant leadership to drive world-class performance and implement impactful Lean and operational strategies.

Job Description

  • Lead daily SQDCI (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory) management across materials and quality teams
  • Drive company-wide Operational Excellence initiatives and continuous improvement programs
  • Partner with leadership to build and sustain a culture of Lean education and engagement
  • Evaluate manufacturing operations and deliver actionable improvement recommendations
  • Support supplier development through training and hands-on process implementation
  • Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional improvement workshops across sites
  • Conduct value analysis initiatives to optimize product cost and performance
  • Track and report productivity gains across projects, sites, and product lines
  • Deliver clear documentation of performance improvements and business impact

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record delivering cost reduction and operational improvements
  • Strong leadership presence with a results-driven mindset
  • Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or operations
  • Experience with new product development or introduction environments
  • Demonstrated success leading change and driving measurable outcomes
  • Ability to engage and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Fluent Spanish language skills required
