The company delivers complex projects across secure government facilities, historic landmarks, mission-critical environments, and international locations, maintaining long-standing relationships with major federal agencies and repeat clients.Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, the organization is seeking a Quality Control Manager to support project execution and ensure the highest quality standards are maintained. The Quality Control Manager will have the opportunity to contribute to landmark projects while working alongside experienced leadership and construction professionals.Job DescriptionThe Quality Control Manager will be responsible for managing and executing project quality control requirements while working closely with project teams, clients, government representatives, and subcontractors.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and owner expectations.Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control (QC) plans.Manage quality control processes across multiple trades and concurrent construction activities.Prepare material submittals for architect/engineer and government review.Produce detailed daily reports using electronic reporting systems.Conduct daily field inspections and verify delivered materials match approved submittals.Review and approve project design deliverables prior to government submission.Maintain and review RFIs, submittal logs, maintenance logs, and other project documentation.Develop QC punch lists and coordinate completion with subcontractors.Lead preparatory meetings and quality-focused project discussions as required by contract.Collaborate with superintendents, clients, and subcontractors to support successful project delivery.Support additional project quality initiatives as assigned.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
