Job Description

As the Quality Control Manager, you will report to project leadership and serve as the primary owner of quality and compliance on site.

  • Manage all quality control documentation, testing, inspections, and reporting
  • Coordinate daily with field supervision, inspectors, and project leadership
  • Ensure compliance with federal standards and project specifications
  • Maintain stormwater and environmental compliance requirements
  • Support safety coordination and site‑wide quality standards
  • Transfer quality control best practices into supervisory and field operations
  • Adapt to project‑based assignments as work progresses

The Successful Applicant

For the Quality Control Manager, we are seeking:

  • Proven quality control experience on federal or similarly regulated projects
  • United States Army Corps of Engineers Certified Quality Control Manager certification
  • Stormwater certification and environmental compliance experience
  • Strong working knowledge of construction safety programs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with inspectors and field teams
  • Flexibility to work locally or travel for project‑based assignments
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
