This role requires a hands-on leader who has managed projects from ground-breaking through punch-list completion while maintaining strict federal compliance standards.

Job Description

* Lead the project Quality Control programme from mobilisation through final turnover.
* Manage inspections, testing, documentation, and compliance with contract requirements.
* Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.
* Track deficiencies, corrective actions, and quality metrics to ensure project success.

The Successful Applicant

* 10+ years of construction experience with 5+ years as a Quality Control Manager.
* 3+ years leading quality programmes as the primary QCM on projects.
* Proven experience delivering federal construction projects from start to finish.
* US Citizen able to pass a background check and drug screening.
* Bachelor's degree preferred; substantial relevant experience will also be considered.
