Job Description

As the Quality Control Manager, you will report into the project leadership team and play a critical role in ensuring all work meets contractual and regulatory standards.

  • Lead and implement the project Quality Control Plan across active construction sites
  • Ensure compliance with federal and government quality requirements, including inspection and documentation processes
  • Coordinate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, and owner representatives
  • Manage quality documentation, inspections, testing, and corrective actions
  • Utilize Procore to track quality workflows, reporting, and closeout items
  • Support audits, inspections, and client reviews on secure project sites

The Successful Applicant

For the Quality Control Manager role, we are seeking:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction quality control
  • Prior exposure to government, federal, or United States Army Corps of Engineers projects strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and obtain clearance for secure facilities
  • Flexibility to work occasional nights or weekends as required
  • No degree requirement - experience is the priority
