Job Description

  • Develop and maintain robust control plans across manufacturing, inspection, and testing activities
  • Partner with design and production teams to define quality standards, work instructions, and inspection methods
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, scrap reduction, and supplier quality
  • Investigate product, process, and system non‑conformances using structured root‑cause methodologies
  • Perform internal audits, manage corrective actions, and verify long‑term effectiveness of solutions
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to support demanding customer and regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001; AS9100 experience highly desirable
  • Hands‑on experience with quality analysis and structured problem‑solving tools
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV, Six Sigma preferred)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Department of Defense security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required due to government contract regulations
