Job Description

  • Develop and maintain control plans to ensure products meet specifications and contract requirements
  • Partner with design and production teams to define quality standards, inspection methods, and procedures
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, scrap reduction, and supplier performance
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for product, process, and system non‑conformances
  • Participate in internal audits and ensure corrective actions are completed and verified effectively

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
  • Familiarity with AS9100 standards (preferred)
  • Experience using quality analysis and problem‑solving tools
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as DMAIC or DMADV; Six Sigma certification is a plus
