Job Description

  • Own and manage the site's Quality Management System in line with AS9100 and customer requirements
  • Lead external audits from preparation through close‑out, ensuring timely and effective responses
  • Plan and execute internal audits, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Track and analyze quality metrics including quality alerts, escapes, CAPAs, and 8D/RCCA activity
  • Oversee document control and records retention to ensure full compliance
  • Develop, schedule, and certify internal auditors across the organization
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer satisfaction surveys and quality feedback
  • Conduct QMS, process, and operator audits and update audit strategies based on prior findings
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to strengthen processes and prevent non‑conformances

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related technical field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering within a regulated environment
  • Strong working knowledge of AS9100D (ISO 17025 experience a plus)
  • Proven experience leading RCCAs and corrective action initiatives
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
  • High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
