Job Description

  • Support engineering and operations to ensure designs for manufacture meet approved data and customer quality flow‑downs.
  • Create, maintain and improve quality procedures and customer‑mandated deliverables.
  • Proactively review and enhance quality systems and processes to maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and analysis to ensure quality requirements are consistently applied.
  • Drive the development, modification and maintenance of quality control and evaluation systems.
  • Perform part inspections using a range of inspection tools and equipment, including CMM.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with quality requirements.
  • Compile training materials and deliver quality‑related training to new hires and internal teams.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering REQUIRED
  • 3+ years' experience in a quality engineering or similar technical role.
  • Working knowledge of AS9100 quality standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
  • Experience with inspection equipment, including CMM.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
