At the same time, they promote a casual work environment, with the CEO often wearing jeans and a sweatshirt everyday.Job DescriptionMaintain consistent compliance with IATF 16949Lead cross-functional teams to create and update Process Control Plans/Manufacturing Process Plans, FMEAs, and Process MastersInitiate and coordinate follow-up activity on Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAR/PAR)Coordinate activity related to Claims and Non-Conforming Product including processing the required internal and external documentationReview Material Test Reports for compliance to order specifications and submit to customersLog quality related data such as nonconformances and first pass quality into QA databasesGenerate quality reports and update monthly key performance indicators (KPI) dataPrepare First Article/Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submission packagesPerform Internal Quality Audits in conformance with IATF 16949Coordinate supplier quality activity including supplier quality audits and surveysPlease apply below, if you're resume looks to fit in with the criteria.
