They utilize unique and state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities and are looking to bolster their Quality Department - apply today!Job DescriptionLead customer complaint investigations using structured problem‑solving methodologies (8D).Support internal, customer, and supplier audits; prepare documentation and close audit findings on time.Manage nonconforming material and MRB activities to reduce scrap and rework.Lead containment activities and define clean points across suppliers, internal processes, and customer shipments.Drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce internal and customer PPM.Maintain and update PFMEAs and Control Plans following process changes and risk assessments.Support manufacturing processes through audits, troubleshooting, and hands‑on shop floor support.Collaborate with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to implement effective corrective actions.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
