Job Description

  • Lead quality operations within an assigned value stream, supporting overall business and quality strategy
  • Develop, maintain, and improve quality standards, inspection plans, and control documentation
  • Analyze quality data, trends, and root causes to drive corrective and preventive actions
  • Partner with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues and improve performance
  • Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality system requirements
  • Support product development teams with quality input and risk assessment
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles
  • Act as a key quality contact during customer interactions and internal/external audits
  • Create and deliver training on quality tools, systems, and processes

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 2-4+ years of quality engineering experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools, inspection methods, and statistical analysis
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100, and/or IATF 16949 quality systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams
