Job Description

  • Implement and maintain project QA/QC plans, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Perform field inspections and support testing, commissioning, and quality verification activities.
  • Review submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and project documentation for compliance and accuracy.
  • Verify that all work complies with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Document non-conformance issues and support corrective actions to improve project quality.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong knowledge of construction QA/QC processes, inspections, and quality management systems.
  • Experience supporting quality programs on large-scale, complex commercial construction projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with project teams and clients.
  • Strong commitment to quality and safety, with the ability to identify issues and support compliance efforts on projects.
  • Open to travel as needed.
