This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that values technical expertise, professional growth, and long-term success.Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain CMM programs to support new product launches and existing production processesTroubleshoot CMM software, hardware, and programming issuesTrain personnel on CMM operation and measurement techniquesConduct capability studies, MSA activities, and Gage R&R analysesLead control plan development and support APQP initiativesCollaborate with customers regarding inspection strategies and measurement correlationDesign and improve inspection methods, testing plans, and quality controlsSupport the implementation of new quality equipment and technologiesCreate and maintain quality documentation including PPAPs, PFMEAs, control plans, process flows, and FAI packagesAnalyzes process data using statistical tools and recommend corrective actionsParticipate in corrective and preventive action programs and MRB activitiesConduct internal and layered process audits to ensure compliance with quality standardsWork closely with suppliers on quality improvement initiatives and corrective actionsSupport continuous improvement projects throughout the manufacturing operationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
