They offer a collaborative culture where quality, accountability, and continuous improvement are core to how the business operates.Job DescriptionSupport and maintain site quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, including ISO, GMP, and FDA standards.Lead and support internal, customer, and third‑party audits, including preparation, on‑site support, and timely closure of findings.Manage document control, SOP updates, and change management activities.Lead root cause analysis using structured problem‑solving tools and develop effective corrective and preventive actions.Own customer complaint investigations from intake through closure, ensuring clear and professional responses.Partner with Operations and Engineering to resolve quality issues, reduce defects, and improve process capability.Provide quality support on the manufacturing floor, including deviation investigations, nonconformance management, and batch record review.Support new product introductions, validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), and process changes from a quality perspective.Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.Contribute to Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
