Job Description

  • Design and implement process controls, SPC, inspection, and testing methods
  • Lead root cause analysis, CAPAs, and failure investigations
  • Conduct internal quality system audits and support continuous improvement
  • Lead APQP activities to ensure product and process validation
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reporting tools
  • Support MRB activities and collaborate with engineering to prevent recurrence

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Certified Quality Engineer preferred
  • 3-7 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and audit requirements
  • Experience with CAPA, APQP, SPC, FMEA, and GD&T
  • Background in precision manufacturing, machining, or fabrication
  • Strong communication, project management, and problem‑solving skills
