Job Description

  • Support and drive quality engineering initiatives across manufacturing operations
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal standards, and AS9100 (preferred)
  • Partner with engineering and production teams to improve product quality and processes
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and inspection processes
  • Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

  • B.S. in Engineering
  • 5-8+ years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing quality
  • Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of AS9100 or similar quality standards preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a hands-on environment
