Job Description

Daily Responsibilities:

Interpret engineering drawings using GD&T and ensure accurate part conformance
Support AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality system requirements
Lead and support FAIRs (First Article Inspection Reports)
Conduct and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
Provide technical quality support to internal teams and external customers
Utilize SPC (Statistical Process Control) and other quality tools to improve processes
Collaborate with machining, engineering, and inspection teams to resolve issues
Support customer audits and internal audit readiness

Initial Priorities:

Take ownership of assigned aerospace customer product lines
Quickly understand the company's machining processes & quality workflows
Begin handling FAIRs, corrective actions, and blueprint reviews
Build strong working relationships with inspection and engineering teams
