The organization specializes in legacy and hard-to-source components, with a strong emphasis on quality, traceability, and execution.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 / AS9100 / AS9120)Perform and oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspectionsMake accept/reject/hold decisions and document in ERPExecute and approve First Article Inspections (FAIRs)Program and operate CMM equipment; train team membersLead inspection team workload, priorities, and accountabilityManage calibration (M&TE) and ensure complianceSupport source inspections, audits, and customer requirementsDrive Corrective Actions (CARs) and continuous improvementTrack and report quality KPIs (defects, returns, OTD, trends)MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
