Job Description

  • Ensure compliance of the Quality Management System with AS9100 standards
  • Monitor quality performance metrics and escalate issues to leadership as needed
  • Conduct internal audits and maintain audit readiness
  • Oversee quality control processes, including inspections and SPC analysis
  • Partner with engineering and operations to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective/preventative actions
  • Analyze and report KPIs to track quality performance and improvement initiatives
  • Support product quality through FAIR, test plans, and inspection processes
  • Maintain compliance programs and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure materials, equipment, and services meet required performance standards

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within manufacturing
  • Experience with AS9100 and quality system compliance
  • Familiarity with APQP, quality audits, and inspection processes
  • Proficiency with measurement tools and quality testing equipment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD experience is a plus
  • Must meet U.S. citizenship or permanent residency requirements (ITAR)
