Job Description

  • Lead all plant quality activities and personnel
  • Manage quality systems, audits, and compliance requirements
  • Drive corrective and preventive action initiatives
  • Oversee customer quality concerns and resolutions
  • Monitor and improve quality metrics and KPIs
  • Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
  • Partner with operations and engineering teams on process improvements
  • Develop and mentor quality engineers and technicians
  • Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of quality leadership experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience required
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100
  • Experience leading audits and quality systems
  • Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership and team development abilities
