Job Description

  • Own and maintain quality procedures, systems, and customer‑mandated deliverables
  • Partner with Engineering and Operations to ensure designs meet approved data and quality flow‑downs
  • Lead vendor quality compliance and supplier quality requirements
  • Develop, improve, and enforce quality evaluation and control systems
  • Train engineers, inspectors, and new hires on quality processes and standards
  • Perform and oversee part inspections using a range of inspection equipment
  • Provide analysis, guidance, and leadership to ensure quality standards are consistently met
  • Operate independently while proactively improving systems and processes

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong working knowledge of AS9100 quality standards
  • Ability to read complex engineering drawings and GD&T per ASME Y14.5
  • Experience with CMM inspection and hands‑on part inspection
  • Proven leadership and ability to manage diverse personalities
  • Excellent communication skills and a highly detail‑oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a quality‑driven environment
  • U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
