Known for strong engineering expertise, lean manufacturing practices, and ISO 9001:2015 certification, the company focuses on high-quality, cost-effective, and on-time delivery while acting as a long-term manufacturing partner to its customersJob DescriptionMaintain a high standard of internal and external customer service by investigating, resolving, and preventing quality-related issues and complaints.Supervise inspection and testing personnel to ensure strong productivity, accuracy, and technical compliance.Develop, analyze, and interpret statistical data and product specifications to define quality standards and reliability expectations.Provide daily leadership and facilitation during Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) meetings.Establish, document, and maintain quality control standards and ongoing quality objectives.Collaborate with production and cross-functional leadership to align quality objectives with manufacturing processes, optimizing reliability while minimizing cost.Develop, document, and implement inspection criteria, methods, and procedures across operations.Communicate and reinforce the organization's quality philosophy and expectations to key stakeholders.Oversee and support inspection activities throughout all stages of the production lifecycle.Apply Total Quality Management (TQM) tools and methodologies to analytical, reporting, and improvement efforts.Partner with Purchasing and suppliers to ensure the quality and compliance of all incoming materials and components.Define and oversee testing activities in collaboration with Engineering as required.Actively participate in internal continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams.Design, develop, and deliver quality control training programs to support organizational needs.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
