Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and enforce project QA/QC plans, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Conduct field inspections and oversee testing, commissioning, and quality verification activities.
  • Review submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and project documentation for compliance and accuracy.
  • Ensure all work complies with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and maintain project schedules.
  • Lead non-conformance investigations and implement corrective actions to enhance project quality.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong knowledge of construction QA/QC processes, inspections, and quality management systems.
  • Experience managing quality programs on large-scale, complex commercial construction projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven client-facing experience.
  • Strong commitment to quality and safety, with the ability to enforce standards and drive compliance on projects.
  • Open to travel as needed
