Job Description

  • Own and manage quality control systems, SOPs, and processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards
  • Lead internal audits across quality systems and manufacturing processes, driving corrective actions to completion
  • Analyze quality data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities that support business objectives
  • Partner with customers to investigate complaints, gather feedback, and translate findings into internal improvements
  • Develop and execute structured quality and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen manufacturing performance
  • Establish, track, and communicate quality metrics aligned to corporate goals and visible across the organization
  • Lead annual ISO and laboratory audits and recertifications in coordination with external auditing bodies

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-10 years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO‑based quality systems and audit processes
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and implement effective, sustainable solutions
  • Experience leading quality teams and collaborating across operations, engineering, and leadership
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies preferred
