Job Description

  • Lead and continuously improve the site Quality Management System to support business and operational goals
  • Own nonconformance management, CAPA, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation activities
  • Act as the primary quality contact for customers, leading issue resolution and audit interactions
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Establish and track quality KPIs, using data to drive sustainable improvements
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve process capability and product quality
  • Lead internal, supplier, and third-party audits, ensuring audit readiness and effective follow-up
  • Develop, coach, and lead the Quality team while promoting a strong quality-first culture across the site

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline
  • 6-10 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong background in ISO 9000 or equivalent quality systems
  • Proven experience with CAPA, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving (8D, DMAIC, PDCA)
  • Hands-on knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma tools, KPIs, audits, and process improvement
  • Ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate effectively
