Job Description

  • Lead and continuously improve the site Quality Management System in line with business objectives
  • Own nonconformance management, CAPA, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation activities
  • Act as the primary quality contact for customers, leading issue resolution and audit interactions
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving tools
  • Establish, monitor, and act on quality KPIs to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Lead internal, customer, supplier, and third-party audits with full ownership of follow-up actions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve process capability
  • Develop, coach, and lead the Quality team while promoting a strong quality-first culture

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • 6-10 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience working within ISO 9000 or equivalent quality systems
  • Proven capability in CAPA, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with Lean / Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate clearly at all levels
