In joining a growing global organization, this is an opportunity to grow your career at a reputable, stable company.Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and manage the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001Lead quality assurance and quality control activities within the injection molding process, including in-process inspections, first article inspections, and final audits.Analyze quality data (scrap, defects, customer complaints) to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Collaborate with engineering, production, and tooling teams to improve process capability, reduce variation, and enhance product quality.Oversee customer quality requirements, including PPAPs, control plans, FMEAs, and capability studies.Manage internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits.Lead and develop the quality team, including inspectors and technicians.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing processes.Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues and drive resolution in a timely manner.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
