Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop quality inspectors, engineers, and technicians
  • Own and maintain the Quality Management System to IATF 16949 standards
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for all quality concerns and audits
  • Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone methodologies
  • Partner with production to reduce defects and prevent repeat issues
  • Oversee APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, and engineering changes
  • Review quality metrics daily and drive clear corrective actions
  • Prepare for and lead internal, customer, and third‑party audits
  • Identify risks early and escalate issues to protect customers and the business

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • Experience as a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer in automotive
  • Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949 and core quality tools
  • Proven ability to lead teams and hold others accountable
  • Confident, direct communicator-especially in customer-facing situations
  • Practical, hands‑on problem solver focused on results
