Job Description

  • Act as the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Management Representative, owning system development, maintenance, and audits
  • Lead all quality systems activities including audits, CAPA, management review, documentation, and quality planning
  • Manage and develop the Quality and Technical Lab teams, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Partner with manufacturing, R&D, and customers to resolve quality issues and support new product introductions
  • Oversee lab operations, procedures, and documentation to ensure timely and accurate testing and release
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce manufacturing costs
  • Support purchasing by ensuring raw material quality and identifying consolidation opportunities
  • Manage departmental budgets and set strategic quality objectives aligned with business goals

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering discipline
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality systems
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience
  • Strong working knowledge of databases (Access, SQL) and standard business software
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional quality initiatives in a manufacturing environment
