If you're a motivated Quality Manager eager to sustain and advance this culture, we encourage you to apply!Job DescriptionChampion and maintain a fully certified QMS aligned with AS9100D, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 standards.Serve as the Management Representative during audits, customer visits, and regulatory assessments.Oversee inspection and testing operations across the full manufacturing lifecycle.Manage, mentor, and develop a skilled team of Quality Engineers and Inspectors.Build and enhance quality evaluation and control systems within production and materials processing.Partner closely with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to strengthen process capability and maintain robust controls.Lead internal audits, CAPA, customer complaint resolution, and management review activities.Oversee document control, equipment calibration, nonconformance tracking, RMAs/MRBs, and full traceability systems.Collaborate directly with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies on quality performance and compliance.Track, analyze, and present critical KPIs such as Customer PPM, Supplier PPM, Cost of Quality, and audit outcomes.Recommend and implement new quality standards, procedures, and methods to support continuous improvement.Stay current with evolving industry and regulatory requirements, including FDA expectations.Perform additional duties that support broader organizational objectives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
