Job Description



  • Own, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Support quality engineering activities for new product development and ensure smooth transition from design to production.
  • Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies.
  • Act as the primary quality liaison for customers, resolving quality issues and ensuring appropriate quality requirement flow‑down.
  • Lead and develop quality teams across a diversified manufacturing environment.
  • Identify and resolve production quality issues quickly to minimise downtime and protect on‑time delivery.
  • Manage the cost of non‑conformance, including scrap and warranty, in support of business objectives.
  • Coordinate internal audits, customer evaluations, corrective actions, and compliance reporting.
  • Partner cross‑functionally on improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and continuous flow manufacturing.
  • Ensure corrective and preventive actions are robust, effective, and prevent recurrence.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior‑level Quality Engineering or Quality Management role within manufacturing.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
  • Hands‑on problem solver comfortable balancing urgent issues with long‑term improvement initiatives
