Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsGreat opportunity with a leading beauty brand!Aamzing company culture, working in LA!About Our ClientThe Quality Manager will work cross-functionally with Product Development, Supply Chain, and Operations teams, as well as external manufacturing partners, to build scalable, best-in-class quality systems aligned with a fast-moving consumer brand.Job DescriptionQuality Systems & ComplianceOwn and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across finished goods, raw materials, contract manufacturers, and suppliersEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (FDA, MoCRA, IFRA, GMP, ISO, Prop 65, etc.)Support product safety documentation, regulatory submissions, and compliance programsMonitor and respond to evolving regulatory requirements impacting beauty and fragrance productsManufacturing & Supplier QualityAct as the primary quality contact for contract manufacturers, labs, and third-party suppliersConduct supplier audits, quality reviews, and ongoing performance assessmentsReview and approve batch records, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and quality documentationLead investigations into deviations, complaints, and non-conformances, including CAPA development and follow-upProduct Quality & Lifecycle SupportPartner with Product Development on new launches, reformulations, and scale-up activitiesReview and approve specifications for raw materials, components, and finished goodsSupport stability, compatibility, and shelf-life testing programsEnsure quality standards are maintained throughout the product lifecycleContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to strengthen quality processes, reduce risk, and improve efficiencyTrack, analyze, and report on quality metrics and trendsFoster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across internal teams and external partnersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
