Job Description

  • Lead and continuously improve the site Quality Management System
  • Own CAPAs, nonconformances, root cause analysis, and audit readiness
  • Serve as the primary quality partner to Operations and Engineering
  • Lead internal, customer, and supplier audits and follow‑up actions
  • Use data and KPIs to identify trends and drive corrective actions
  • Develop and coach the quality team while strengthening site quality culture

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical discipline
  • 6-10+ years of experience in manufacturing quality roles
  • Management experience
  • Hands‑on experience with audits, CAPA, and quality systems
  • Proven ability to lead and influence teams
  • Strong shop‑floor presence and operational mindset
  • Customer‑facing quality experience preferred
