This role leads and owns the Quality Management System within a highly regulated RF and Microwave manufacturing environment supporting defense programs. You will be hands‑on, customer‑facing, and accountable for AS9100, ISO, and MIL‑spec compliance across the business.

Job Description

  • Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (AS9100 & ISO)
  • Act as Management Representative for all quality and compliance matters
  • Lead internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Interface directly with customers, auditors, and suppliers on quality topics
  • Oversee inspections, training, documentation, and audit readiness
  • Ensure MIL‑spec compliance across RF/MW products and sub‑assemblies

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • Direct experience in defense or regulated electronics manufacturing
  • Hands‑on knowledge of MIL‑STD‑883 and MIL‑STD‑38534
  • Strong background with AS9100 and ISO quality systems
  • Experience with FMEA, FAI, CAPA, and failure analysis
  • Engineering background (RF/MW or electronics strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
