Job Description

  • Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 & ISO 13485)
  • Act as Management Representative and report on quality performance to leadership
  • Lead internal audits, CAPA, management reviews, and complaint handling systems
  • Partner with production on testing methods, inspection standards, and process improvements
  • Manage supplier quality, product quality metrics, and reporting analytics
  • Drive APQP, PPAP, and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new and transferred projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems
  • Experience serving as Management Representative in a regulated environment
  • Hands‑on background with CAPA, audits, supplier quality, and validation
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T and SPC tools
  • Proven people leadership experience managing and developing quality teams
