Job Description

  • Own and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001 / ISO 17025 compliance
  • Lead internal audits and drive corrective actions for non-conformances
  • Analyze quality data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
  • Partner with customers to address complaints and implement corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and structured problem-solving methods
  • Lead quality metrics development, reporting, and cross-functional quality initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • 7-10 years of quality experience in manufacturing environment
  • Strong ISO 9001 background
  • Experience with supplier quality, MRB, and customer-facing quality issues
  • Continuous improvement / Lean mindset with hands-on execution
  • Ability to read prints and understand machining/manufacturing processes
  • Strong leadership capability (open to step-up candidates or experienced managers)
