They foster a collaborative environment where leadership is empowered to drive meaningful change and shape long-term business success.Job DescriptionSupport and enhance the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with industry and customer standardsLead root cause investigations on machining and manufacturing issues using structured problem-solving tools (5 Whys, FMEA, etc.)Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances, driving containment, corrective actions, and long-term solutionsPartner closely with CNC machining and production teams to ensure quality requirements and tolerances are consistently achievedCoordinate and manage First Article Inspections (FAI) and documentation, ensuring full compliance with customer specificationsReview engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining processes to ensure manufacturability and quality alignmentSupport supplier quality initiatives, particularly with vendors providing machined or metal componentsAnalyse key quality data (scrap, rework, yield, returns) to identify trends and implement improvementsParticipate in internal and external audits and contribute to compliance and certification activitiesSupport new product introduction, process validation, and risk assessments within a machining environmentMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
