We are partnering with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial beauty brand to hire a QA & Regulatory Manager to lead quality and compliance across the full product lifecycle. This is a highly hands-on, cross-functional role reporting into the VP of Product Development, where you will act as the primary quality lead across Product Development, Marketing, Operations, and external manufacturing partners.

Job Description

  • Oversee supplier and contract manufacturer quality programs, including audits, qualifications, and CAPA management
  • Manage product testing programs (stability, compatibility, safety, SPF, OTC), including timelines, protocols, and reporting
  • Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including change control, documentation, deviations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead quality investigations, root cause analysis, and complaint management to ensure product integrity and compliance
  • Support regulatory compliance and documentation, including ingredient listings, artwork review, and product dossiers (PIFs)
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure on-time, compliant product launches

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager/Senior Manager - OTC should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs within beauty, personal care, or OTC products
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and global regulatory frameworks
  • Experience working closely with contract manufacturers and suppliers
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on approach
