Job Description

Reporting into senior project and quality leadership teams, the Quality Manager will play a critical role in ensuring project execution meets the highest quality standards from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Lead implementation and enforcement of project-specific Quality Management Plans.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality reviews throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, validation, and acceptance of installed systems and components.
  • Review submittals, shop drawings, requests for information, and project documentation for compliance.
  • Ensure all work aligns with applicable codes, standards, and contract requirements.
  • Partner with project management, superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams to proactively resolve quality concerns.
  • Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives across project sites.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in construction quality assurance and quality control roles on large-scale projects.
  • Background as a Quality Engineer, Senior Quality Engineer, Quality Supervisor, Quality Manager, or similar position.
  • Strong Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) quality experience.
  • Knowledge of construction codes, standards, inspection processes, and quality documentation.
  • Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, submittals, and field installations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence project teams and trade partners.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Southern and Southeastern United States.
  • Experience working for a general contractor, EPC contractor, or major construction organization preferred.
