Known for its commitment to quality, safety, and employee development, the business continues to expand throughout the Southern U.S. and offers significant long-term career growth opportunities for ambitious construction professionals.Job DescriptionReporting into senior project and quality leadership teams, the Quality Manager will play a critical role in ensuring project execution meets the highest quality standards from preconstruction through closeout.Lead implementation and enforcement of project-specific Quality Management Plans.Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality reviews throughout the construction lifecycle.Oversee testing, commissioning, validation, and acceptance of installed systems and components.Review submittals, shop drawings, requests for information, and project documentation for compliance.Ensure all work aligns with applicable codes, standards, and contract requirements.Partner with project management, superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams to proactively resolve quality concerns.Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives across project sites.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
