You'll lead QA and QC teams, oversee inspections and audits, and drive corrective actions in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Job Description

  • Serve as the site release authority, authorizing product and material release in line with quality standards
  • Develop and manage incoming inspection processes, QC procedures, and controlled documentation
  • Lead, mentor, and resource QA Technicians and QC Inspectors, including training and development
  • Maintain audit readiness and represent quality during internal and customer audits
  • Lead non‑conformance investigations and drive effective CAPA implementation
  • Monitor cleanroom bioburden and particulate levels, escalating quality risks as required
  • Track and report quality metrics, inspection performance, and trend analysis
  • Partner cross‑functionally with manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and supply chain teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Associate degree or higher
  • 2+ years' experience in Quality Assurance, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Experience working within a manufacturing or regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and ISO standards
  • Proven ability to solve problems, influence stakeholders, and drive change
