Job Description

  • Act as the primary release authority for finished products and incoming materials
  • Develop and manage incoming inspection processes and quality control methodologies
  • Create, maintain, and improve QC processes, inspection criteria, and controlled documentation
  • Lead, coach, and develop QA Technicians and QC Inspectors, including training and resourcing
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards
  • Maintain audit readiness and represent quality during internal and customer audits
  • Lead non‑conformance investigations and drive effective CAPA implementation
  • Monitor cleanroom bioburden and particulate levels, escalating deviations as required
  • Analyze and report on quality metrics, trends, and inspection performance
  • Partner closely with manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and supply chain teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Associate degree or higher
  • 2+ years' experience in quality assurance, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong working knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards
  • Proven experience resolving quality issues across cross‑functional teams
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Understanding of risk based quality techniques and their impact on product performance
