Job Description

  • Act as the primary release authority, ensuring all products and materials meet quality, compliance and customer requirements.
  • Develop and manage incoming inspection processes, QC procedures and controlled documentation.
  • Lead, mentor and train QA Technicians and QC Inspectors, including resource planning and capability development.
  • Maintain audit readiness and represent Quality during internal, customer and regulatory audits.
  • Lead non‑conformance investigations, driving effective CAPAs and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor cleanroom bioburden and particulate levels, escalating risks and deviations as required.
  • Analyse and report on quality metrics, inspection performance and trends.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with manufacturing, engineering, logistics and supply chain teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Associate degree (minimum).
  • At least 2 years' experience in quality assurance, ideally in a supervisory or lead capacity.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
  • Proven experience working cross‑functionally to resolve quality issues efficiently.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
  • Understanding of risk‑based quality techniques and their impact on product performance.
