This role owns the analysis and interpretation of quality data to strengthen GMP, HACCP, FSMA, and GFSI compliance, support audits and investigations, and proactively identify quality risks. The Specialist partners with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to translate quality performance data into actionable improvement initiatives that protect product integrity and regulatory readiness.Lead data-driven analysis of quality incidents, deviations, and trends to support root cause investigations and CAPA effectivenessApply Lean Six Sigma and statistical tools to quality system performance, not general business metricsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor food safety, compliance, and quality KPIsEnsure integrity and accuracy of quality data used for audits, specifications, certifications, and regulatory inspectionsPartner cross-functionally to translate quality data into practical, floor-level improvementsMaintain quality documentation aligned with GMP, FSMA, and GFSI requirementsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
