• Document operational risks, controls, and related assessment results clearly.
• Review control activities to identify gaps and areas that need follow-up.
• Gather information from business contacts to support risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of risk and control documentation.
• Track assessment actions and status updates for timely completion.
• Prepare clear summaries of operational risk findings for the Risk & Compliance department.
