Job Description

This role is responsible for leading product development initiatives from concept through to validation, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, manufacturable solutions. The engineer will conduct analysis, build and test prototypes, and support product lifecycle improvements while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

  • Translate customer needs into detailed engineering specifications.
  • Develop prototypes, test methods, and technical reports.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and support product lifecycle activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • B.S. in Engineering or related field with relevant experience.
  • Experience with CAD, statistical tools, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Strong project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
