Job Description

  • Prepare, review, and organize legal documents to support attorneys and the legal team.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for case preparation.
  • Maintain and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Support the legal team in managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence related to legal matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate Paralegal should have:

  • Must have experience within Real Estate.
  • Ability to go onsite 4 days a week in Boston.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing legal documents and tasks.
  • Experience with legal research and drafting legal documents.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with legal teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in legal software and document management systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and processes within the business services industry.
