Job Description

  • Greet clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for scheduled appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Maintain security by following access control procedures.
  • Assist in preparing reports or documents as requested.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist should have:
