Job Description

In this role you would:

  • Manage the full recruitment process from business development through to successful candidate placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide expert recruitment solutions.
  • Source, attract, assess, and engage high-caliber candidates using a variety of recruitment channels and market-mapping techniques.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, hiring trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process through to completion.
  • Achieve individual revenue and performance targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share market intelligence and contribute to team success.
  • Utilize recruitment technology, CRM systems, and data insights to maximize productivity and hiring outcomes
